I know, I know . . . I am a terrible blogger.
Sorry for the delay folks! I've been neglecting you and my blogging duties.
Saturday was my birthday so forgive me.
Mostly, I have been sticking to my 1200 calorie or so limit and trying to feel better tummy-wise.
Here is the food plan for today:
Breakfast- ham and egg on wheat toast, a few grapes
Lunch- Potato Leek Soup & Leftover Squash & Zucchini
Afternoon Snack- Tangelo
Dinner- 2 FF Hebrew National Hotdogs with 1 lite wheat bun, ketchup, onions & 1/4 pickle. 50% Wheat Light Prep Kraft Mac & Cheese.

I just discovered the whole wheat mac n' cheese, it's great! You can't tell the difference (or at least I couldn't, and Bill didn't mention anything, so I'm guessing he didn't notice it either), and it makes it a little better for you.

Yay for the return of blogging! I've missed reading about you! In your defense, you have been busy with the birthday weekend bash.
I did not see this new development of whole wheat mac n' cheese. James and I have been hooked on the Organic Kraft mac n' cheese. I always prepare it the low fat way, which I know isn't as low fat as I would like it to be, but it's better I guess.
How have your workouts been going? I was lonely in Power Yoga again this Sunday...come on ladies, you must join in on the fun!
